Because FOG covers such a large state, we have both statewide and local events. The statewide events shown below include both FOG-sponsored events as well as other events that may appeal to our members.
Local events consist of monthly breakfasts and tours that are organized by members in various parts of the state. One of the major benefits of owning a 356 is the opportunity to meet and socialize with a truly marvelous group of people. These low-key events are a great way to get to know your fellow members.

Statewide & National Events
November 5, 2022 Space Coast Region Oktoberfest Event and Kirk Stowers Memorial Trophy
The Space Coast Region PCA will have their annual Oktoberfest BBQ/Picnic/Concours/Swap Meet event on Saturday, Nov. 5th at Burton Smith Park on SR 520 west of Cocoa. Street address is 7575 King Street, Cocoa, FL 32926, or 7575 SR 520. FOG is formally invited and there will be a People’s Choice Event for all 356’s. The overall winner (most votes) will receive the Stowers Memorial Trophy. Kirk was 356 FOG President from 2003 to 2007 and owner of Stowers 356 restoration shop.
Registration fee of $20 per person, which includes lunch, will be payable at the event. Please don’t miss this event even though it might be a bit of a drive.
Set up for the event starts at 9am, judging at 10am and Lunch will be around noon. Awards after lunch. A swap meet with plenty of tables will also be held, so bring items that you may want to sell (parts, memorabilia) to a “Good Home”. Several of us sold items last time. Most of the attendees will be later model Porsche people so bring your 911,944,914 etc. items. Any questions email me at email@example.com .
