2024 Gathering of the Faithful

This year’s Gathering of the Faithful is going to be another special event.  The majority of our activities will be held on or near hotel property or a stone’s throw away at the Daytona International Speedway so we will not have to be concerned with the traffic.  The area has many restaurants and shops within a very short walk.  We will have our Thursday welcome reception at the hotel with cocktails and “heavy” hors d’ oeuvres.  Friday will bring your choice of two drives, one route planned is for the Ormond Loop with lunch at the beautiful Halifax Plantation Golf Club and the second is that we arranged a tour of a private micro car collection.  Our Friday evening reception will include the tech quiz that Steve Hoffman makes so much fun.  Our Saturday morning concours will be held at the hotel’s winner’s circle.  We will visit the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America at the Speedway. And of course, that evening we will have our Awards Banquet. Sunday morning is our member meeting for all to share their thoughts and plans. Finally, that afternoon we have the opportunity to drive (parade lap) on the famous oval track at the speedway.  

Hotel Information:
Plenty of Rooms will be available at the Autograph Collection. Room rate is same as we’ve paid (except last year) for many years $189.00 +Tax.  The only difference is that this year the hotel will charge a $20.00 per day fee per room that will be CREDITED toward food or beverage CHARGED to your room.

Event Registration fees:

  • Primary registrant $150.00
  • Spouse/additional registrant $100.00 pp
  • Saturday only $25.00 pp (does not include banquet)
  • Concours is open to the public if you wish just to be a spectator.
  • Optional activity: Motorsports Hall of Fame at Speedway ($12 pp)
  • Optional activity: Turkey Run & Drive on Track at Daytona International Speedway ($20.00 per car)

Event Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel before February 22nd – Receive a full refund minus $15.00 admin fees.
  • Cancel February 22nd to March 1st – Receive a 50% refund. 
  • Cancel after March 1st – No refund. 
    Cancellation notifications must be in writing or email and sent to the event Registrar. If you have special dietary needs, contact the Registrar.
